DOMiGO processes personal data only to the extent necessary to receive and fulfil requests, communicate with customers, monitor service quality and resolve disputes.
Data we process: phone number or other contact provided, selected contact method, Telegram chat ID when Telegram is used, delivery or service address, selected service, date and time, number of participants, request comments, fulfilment status, ratings and feedback.
Purposes and legal basis: processing is necessary to act on the customer's request and provide the requested service, and to fulfil related DOMiGO obligations. Request data is not used for marketing without a separate lawful basis.
Recipients: the selected or assigned service provider receives data only after accepting the request and only to the extent necessary to fulfil it; technical providers may also process data to operate the website, database and communications.
International transfers: when using DOMiGO, data may technically be processed outside Georgia, including by WeWeb, Supabase and Telegram. The countries of processing depend on each service's infrastructure and configuration. DOMiGO takes Georgian international-transfer requirements into account and uses available contractual and technical safeguards.
Retention: contact details and request information are kept for no longer than 12 months after the request is closed unless longer retention is required by law or to protect legal claims. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights: you may request information about your data, correction, deletion or restriction/termination of processing where provided by law, and information about recipients and international transfers.
Security: access to data is limited on a need-to-know basis. Customer contact details are not disclosed to a service provider before the provider accepts the request. DOMiGO takes reasonable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure.
